Rajampo retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. The following are our data retention guidelines:

• Active Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active and for 7 years after account closure for AML legal compliance purposes.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian financial legal requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years after the business relationship ends.
